Window Shopping

I love to window shop. Do you?

especially love to “window shop” online. There’s something about the bright, colorful webpages of all of my favorite stores that just draws me in and I can spend an embarrassing amount of time filling up my online cart with things I know I’ll never buy.

It’s a problem. I’m aware.

I have to give credit to my sister for the idea for this post (possibly new weekly series?), because she’s the one who suggested that I pretend like all of my time drooling over stuff online is actually work and turn it into a blog post.

She’s a genius, right?

So, I’m giving it a shot. Each week I’ll have a theme (home decor, fashion, etc.) and I’ll share a few things I’ve been lusting after.  I’ll even keep it simple – just some pictures and links…then, you can share a few things with me that you’ve been lusting after and we can all make ourselves feel a little bit better about the time we waste pretend-online-shopping.

Deal? Deal.

Seven gorgeous, modern red home decor items that are currently in my shopping cart! // Love & Renovations

I know Valentine’s Day is technically over, but red is always in style, right? Corey is a big fan of all things red, but I struggle to find good ways to incorporate it into our home. It’s such a strong color, and the vast majority of home decor that is red tends to be either overly traditional or overly modern. I rounded up a few favorites that are a nice balance, and I’d love to have any of them in my home.

Here are the details:

Urban Stripe Quilt & Sham Set (Target)
Windham Accent Cabinet (Target)
Bubble Knit Pillow (West Elm)
Brice Vase (Crate & Barrel)
Boka Persimmon Table Lamp (Crate & Barrel)
Red Egg Tray (Target)
Stocksund Chair (Ikea)
